Tim Horton’s Social

At Special Operations I collaborated closely with the Art Director and Social Media Strategist to implement design directions. My responsibilities were to create designs spanning from limited time offer campaigns to education posts. These designs effectively enhanced audience engagement across multiple social media platforms.

TimBits Tuesday

Over the past two weeks, we used evergreen feed posts to introduce the platform, promotional offers, and key characters. Starting April 2nd, a Beyoncé story highlighted the campaign, with an end card reading “Brought to you by Timbits Tuesday.” From April 9th, we launched adaptive responses and shared four Timbits-themed evergreen conversations with optional copy posts promoting app downloads and orders.

Presentation Deck Layout

I was inspired by the previous characters designed by Turner Duckworth. I focused on giving two characters background stories to push the campaign into a story about friendship.

National Avocado Day Link to Post

Design focused on celebrating National Avocado Day! Goal of the post is to remind the audience that Tim Horton’s sells Avocado Toast.

Tims Rewards Link to Post

The post is to remind the audience how to use the Scan and Pay method. I created an instructional carousel using the user interface of the original Tim Horton’s app.

Retro Donuts Link to Post

Retro Donuts is a limited time offer product. I referenced retro designs from previous advertisements and integrated the style into the Retro Donuts branding.

$3 Tims Boost

$3 Boost campaign is a partnership Tim Hortons did with Redbull. The goal is to move the audience back to the app and get the $3 deal through that platform.

The theme of the animation is about nostalgic computer displays. I had the animation do a pop-out motion to catch the viewer’s attention.

Flavor Cue animation highlights the holiday drinks. Each drink’s flavor moves behind the product so the viewer understands which flavor corresponds with what drink.
